Contemporary, ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop dancer and choreographer with experience teaching students of all ages, even adults. I own a dance studio, I can perform, teach, and choreograph. I have been teaching dance for 7 years now, and choreographing for about 10 years. Therefore, I have an abundance of dance experience under my belt, and because it continuously plays a huge role in my daily life, I am in touch with the modern state of dance in terms of both performance and choreography.
Emily was an easy choice during the wedding planning process!!! I always knew I wanted to hire a choreographer to put together a dance for my bridesmaids and I to perform during our reception and Emily could not have been a better choice for us!!!!! Emily took the time to listen to our ideas and create something so unique for us. She was personable, very easy to work with and just a fun person to be around. I am recommending her to all of my friends for their choreographer/dancer needs!!
I hired Emily to perform and teach a dance at my daughter’s 9th birthday party. She was AMAZING! She was so great with the kids and preformed a great dance at the end that held all their attentions! She is such a talented dancer. I would hire her again in a heartbeat! Considering hiring her again for my other daughters sweet sixteen!

If an audience came to see me, they would see a passionate, hard-working dancer who puts her heart and soul into each of her performances. I practice like I have never won, and I perform like I have never lost. I strive to thoroughly entertain and impress my viewers. I would like to perform any genre of dance including, ballet, contemporary, modern, tap, jazz, and/or hip hop as well as choreograph any of those styles for a performance. It does not have to be on a huge stage, just a space big enough for lots of movement in the case of dancing myself.
I am 22 years old, and I currently attend West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a major in Business Management along with minors in dance and human resource management. I previously attended Saint Joseph's University for about 2.5 years. I have been dancing since I was 5 years old, studying the genres of ballet/pointe, contemporary/lyrical, modern, tap, jazz, and hip hop. Regarding work experience, I worked in a restaurant for 3 years, I offer pet sitting services, and I teach dance at my studio throughout the whole year. I was co-captain of the dance troupe at my high school, which involved choreographing and preparing the other troupe members for school performances, and I have also choreographed for school plays.
I will need some sort of lighting, a space big enough for large dance movements, and a sound system with either an auxiliary chord or bluetooth access.
I have been performing in dance recitals for fifteen years (both solo and group), dance competitions for about 10 years, live performances in township parks, professional theaters, nursing homes, and Thanksgiving Day parades. I have been teaching and choreographing for students between the ages of 5-14 for the past five years.
non-slippery floor (need floor with enough traction for dancing)
