FLOYD & the FLYBOYS is a 9-piece* band whose line-up includes vocals/percussion, guitar/voc, keyboards/voc, bass/voc, drums, trumpet, trombone, tenor/alto sax, & baritone sax. *(Also available as a 7-pc., and a 4- or 5-pc. band called “Rhythm Crewe”). The group’s repertoire spans 8 decades, including a choice mix of classic covers, rare gems, and award-winning originals., The band has been together for 25 YRS., has a huge repertoire, and is unique in its ability to provide a number of different show formats to suit a given audience, venue, or event theme. Formats include Variety/Dance, All R&B (Motown/soul/funk), Classic Rock, All Blues, New Orleans Mardi Gras, 1940’s Swing, Jazz Octet,etc.
