We are the Steady Electric, an eight-person ska band from Orange County, CA. Our style of ska is rooted in British two-tone, combined with elements of rock, rocksteady, dub and soul. Along with a solid rhythm section (drums, bass and electric guitar), we have a keyboardist, three horn players, and a talented and engaging vocalist., We strive to always put on a fun and energetic live show, full of original material and a couple covers done with our own unique spin. Currently we can fill up to an hour-long set ourselves, and we have contacts with a few other amazing bands/artists to fill more time if needed. We are usually available to play evenings, any day of the week.
