Paul Manning is a college graduate from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). After his graduation in 2007 he started teaching in the the Baltimore city public school system, as well as with various local non-profits. In 2010 I was hired by a caricature and face-painting company called 'Goofy Faces'; who had a contract with the National Aquarium. Since that time I have worked for several special event companies including; Baltimore's Best LLC and Bubbles Prod. LLC. I am a face-painter, caricaturist and balloon twister. I have worked as such for about three years now and have done everything from corporate events to local private parties. Once again the name is Paul Manning...
