I started playing the drums at 5 years old. I was involved in my church and school choirs , as well as the band as I got older. I started creating beats in the seventh grade. I made my first recording at the age of 14. I had only rapped for a summer. My best friends and I came up with the concept of All Wright Entertainment after watching a movie starring the actor Peter North. We did a lot of music that summer, but then I stopped rapping and focused on making beats. I have had my own studio for 4 yrs and each year I get better and better equipment and also I get better at my recording, mixing, and mastering. When I first got my equipment, I was recording in my living room. No one wanted to record in my living room, so I used that time to start fresh and hone the skills that I already possessed and I also picked up some new ones. From there, we moved and were recording in the kitchen. Same situation. No one would come to record. So I practiced constantly. Then, I finally moved to somewhere that I would have my own closet. I soundproofed it the best that I could and started recording other people. I then moved to a full room for recording in a little bigger closet and more seating space. Finally, we have just built a new booth. It is completely soundproof and we are using the newest programs (Protools 9), and the best equipment.
Some of my musical heroes are:
Biggie Smalls. He was a great story teller. He came out with some of the biggest all time hits ever. He was lyrically insane.
P. Diddy, Sean “Puffy” Combs. I like Diddy because he is just a genius with the music. His vision is ridiculous. It’s the same vision that I have for myself. A lot of people say that I act like Diddy in the studio.
Snoop. I like him because he seems like he‘s the longest lasting. He‘s been here for such along time that if you say you are in the music business and don‘t know anything about him, you are not really in the music business.
Tupac. I like Tupac because he was himself on the tracks. He did his own thing and if people didn‘t like it he didn‘t care. Yet, at the same time, he did care and he understood why a lot of people didn‘t like him and were hating on him. That was his reason for making the song “I Ain‘t Mad Atcha“.
Kool and the Gang, Run DMC, NWA (all of them), Black Eyed Peas, Wu-Tang Clan, LL Cool J, Mos Def, Common, and Talib Kwali. Bottom line I just like music period !
I would like to someday become a Fortune 500 company. An enterprise along the lines of Sony Entertainment. I don‘t want to just stop at music. I want to do promotion, distribution, management as well as completing projects, and so much more. In the end, I would like to have created an empire to leave for many generations to come. I believe that music impacts the world a great deal. I believe that it‘s going to be all types of music. Not just rap, hip hop, or R&B, but all music. Like jazz, opera, classical, and every other form of music that is out there, that will bring the world together when it comes down to who needs who. It will be music that brings us together.
I have to be able to bring my DJ the stage has to be lit well because I like to wear dark colors I prefer a high stage in the stage needs to big enough to hold at least 7 or more people I have to have water before during and after the performance and we require a deposit for the performance the rest upon arrival travel expenses must be covered for me and my DJ we require one fifth of Hennessy or Patron and VIP access
