His writing style has been called "genuinely witty" by the Seattle-Post Intelligencer and he's been featured on HBO and on Geraldo at Large on Fox News.
We had over one thousand people at John’s hypnosis show. He kept everyone entertained with a great combination of funny and fascinating. John’s show was a huge hit at Salt Lake Comic Con!
We saw John do his stand up show at Wise Guys in Ogden and thought he was hysterical. We were extremely excited when we heard he did stage hypnosis and brought him in for a client event. Glad we did as his show was outstanding. It was funny not just to see how John talks to the crowd but how people we knew were on stage being hypnotized. Yes the show is funny but it was ALSO appropriate for everyone at our party. If you are looking for a fun performer for any event John is the go to guy. Hire him and let him hypnotize you!
A client of mine was looking for a hypnosis show and I recommended John. He mixes stand up comedy, improv and hypnosis. People were telling me his show was one of the the best they've been to. The venue has already requested John come back for another event.

Often times, John also brings along an opening act that performs 10 minutes up front, to really get the audience revved up and going. With a solid understanding of the local market, John always makes sure his material and any off the cuff remarks will never offend and always be appropriate for one and all.
A stage hypnosis show can last anywhere from 60-90 minutes. After a comedic explanation of hypnosis, how it works and tossing out the misconceptions, the show really begins. Volunteers step on stage to be put into a hypnotic, feel good state of mind. Crazy and comedic skits keep going non-stop while the participants are treated with care and respect. It's an entertaining and funny demonstration of the unlimited power of the human mind.

John requires a sound system for either type of show. A stage hypnosis show requires 1) a wireless microphone and 2) an input near the stage to allow a connection for an iPad. Chairs will need to be set up on the stage. The number of chairs will depend on the audience size. For stage hypnosis John will arrive about one early for sound check and confirmation of seating arrangements.
