Elissa Carmona is a Bronx-based singer, Air Force veteran, and winner of the 2018 Artist for Community and Arts Fund awards. She founded Morrisania Band Project, a musical collective in 2016. From June through October 2018, she presented the Unity Park Concert Series, a five-concert tour commissioned by Bronx Council on the Arts and City Parks Foundation.
