Your Order Cancellation Rights

At least 72 hours prior to your event…

You are entitled to cancel your booking up to 72 hours prior to a scheduled event OR up until the time of the event if the health and safety of anyone involved in the event is affected by COVID-19. Click here to see the Special Guest COVID-19 Cancellation Protection. If your event must be cancelled within the 72 hour window for reasons other than COVID-19 please contact Special Guest at 877-81-TALENT, [email protected], via chat, or your Personal Concierge and we will work with you to either reschedule the event or provide a refund.

Within 12 hours after your event…

We understand that sometimes things go wrong at the event itself and our vetted Special Guest performer does not meet your expectations. If this happens please contact us within 12 hours of the event itself and we will refund the full amount of the event. Please be respectful of this window as it will be helpful to not release payment to the Entertainer if there is a violation of the terms of service they agreed to by accepting gigs through Special Guest.

Refund Request

As stated throughout the Special Guest Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee Policy - your satisfaction is our goal. We will honor any and all legitimate requests for a refund as long as the request follows this stated policy.

Please allow up to five workdays to issue your refund.

Rescheduling an Event

Need to cancel- let's consider rescheduling instead! This is our preference because we want to help you book the most amazing entertainment experience ever and we also want to keep our vetted entertainers happy.

We only ask that you provide us with as much information as possible to make sure your rescheduled event exceeds your expectations. We will work directly with the entertainers on your behalf to reschedule your event.
