The 2022 Special Guest COVID-19 Booking Policy expressed below outlines the steps we took to ensure your satisfaction, including a no-cost “change the date” option or an unconditional money-back guarantee in the event that your event is cancelled or the entertainer(s) booked through Special Guest is unable to perform. Note - in the instance of a cancellation by entertainer(s) due to COVID-19 related circumstances, our Concierge Team will step in and do everything possible to find an adequate replacement at no additional charge to you.
