Formed in 2016 in Ridgewood, New Jersey and Suffern, NY, AMPED is a rock cover band playing bars, festivals and parties in northern NJ. The core members have been playing together for almost 15 years and the current lineup features Amy Briggs and Andy Meyer on lead vocals, Michael Black on keys and synth, Don Dexter on drums, Frank Lampone on bass and Frank Muchel and GIl D'Alonzo on guitar. In 2014 she placed as finalist at the Apollo Theater's Amateur Night. Aside from her solo pursuit, Jules is front-woman of her jazz band and NYC based band Jules and The Jinks who recently played at Afropunk Festival.
